Refund & Subscription Policy

At PharmXHealthOne, we are committed to delivering safe, effective, and personalized healthcare. Due to the nature of our services and custom-prescribed medical products, we uphold the following policies regarding refunds, returns, and subscription billing.

Product Refunds & Returns

All medication and wellness product purchases from PharmXHealthOne are final sale and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Prescription medications

  • Compounded treatments

  • Nutraceuticals and supplements

  • Hormone therapies

  • Peptide and injectable treatments

 

Our medications are compounded and prescribed specifically for each patient, based on individual medical assessments. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product once the order has been placed.

Opened Products

Once a vial or product is opened, it may be used through the expiration date as indicated on the product label and in your patient chart. Expired medications must not be used and should be discarded properly.

In-Office Medication Guidance

If your treatment is administered or dispensed in-office, please consult your medical provider for specific expiration dates. Most compounded or specialty medications have a shelf life ranging from 1 to 4 months, depending on the formulation.

Prescription Error Policy

PharmXHealthOne does not accept returns of any prescription products due to federal regulations. However, if you believe your prescription was filled incorrectly, please contact us immediately at health@pharmxhealthone.com. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Subscription Billing & Cancellation

Billing Terms

Recurring subscriptions are automatically billed on the same calendar day each month.

Cancellation Process

To cancel a subscription, you must submit a written request before your next billing date by emailing health@pharmxhealthone.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Date of birth

  • Statement requesting cancellation

Cancellations will take effect in the next billing cycle. Once a charge is processed, it is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable, even if services or products have not been used. We encourage patients to review their treatment plan and billing schedule before enrollment.

Diagnostic Lab Testing Policy

All diagnostic lab orders, including specialty and advanced testing, are final sale. Once ordered, lab services cannot be canceled or refunded, as labs are processed immediately upon request.
